Il aura fallu 2 mois pour poser un sol stratifié après signature du bon de commande. 1er RDV, problème informatique date de pose non enregistré. 2ème RDV : Mauvaise plinthe vendu par la vendeuse. 3ème RDV : le poseur n'a pas voulu venir (j'ai fait le service client aussi... Ils ne savait pas où est le poseur, et m'ont donné le numéro.. "Débrouille toi avec"). 4ème RDV : Pose enfin effectué, finition à faire sois même.... Je précise qu'il s'agit d'une pièce qui fait moins de 9m² !!
